I was looking for a used car in good condition and happened to search Nova Scotia. Steve's RuralWorkx popped up with a Camry in excellent condition. I had previously had a bad experience in Toronto, Ontario, with a certified and well-known dealer, Mitsubishi of Erin Mills, who sold me a "clean CarFax" used car that I later discovered had been involved in a major accident. Naturally, I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a car from a different province. However, when I looked at the five-star reviews, I knew I had come to the right place. Clean CarFax, no accidents, and the car was in immaculate condition — I could not have gone to a better place. Honestly, folks, this was the best decision I ever made, purchasing a car from this dealership. I booked my car and flew with my family to Nova Scotia (Steve even paid for my Uber), then drove the car back — all 1,800 km and more. Not only was I delighted with the sales experience, but I was also taken aback by how much beauty Canada has to offer from coast to coast. From the moment I stepped in with my luggage to the moment I was seen off, Steve and his associates were an absolute delight. Steve even went out of his way to stay a bit late on a Saturday because our flight from Toronto was slightly delayed. What an absolute gem of a person. Thank you, Steve, and thank you to your lovely wife for taking the time to put together all the lovely brochures and a handwritten guide to Nova Scotia places to see. Although it was too cold for a dip in the Atlantic, I will definitely visit again next summer for orca whale watching. This is not five-star service — this is ten stars all the way, sir. I apologize for the late review.

Jesse showed us the vehicle and he was a pleasure to deal with - very informative but never once did we feel pressured (which is something we highly value and respect). After falling in love with the car, we worked closely with Lucas, Jesse and Steve, to make it happen. The car we bought was lowered and our current insurance company wouldn't insure it. Everyone at the dealership pitched in and helped us get it all figured out, and were more than patient with us. Full disclosure; My vehicle was purchased from another company that uses Ruralworx Auto Sales for their financing so I was dealing with two companies at the same time. The customer service here was top notch. From the start of me being interested in a BMW they were selling, that later was found to be something out of my budget, to them getting me into another BMW I really wanted as well was absolutely flawless. Hat's off to Steve especially, who worked extremely hard to secure me financing in general AND at the absolute best rate possible. Where originally we started off, it looked very grim for me to be approved for financing on the vehicle I wanted. Steve did his magic, and after what I could imagine was a hard fought battle with the loan companies was able to secure me a great deal I would not have gotten anywhere else. And to add onto this Steve also dealt with my potentially annoying barrage of questions about every little thing, almost immediately and very professionally making this process feel like a breath of fresh air and stress-free. Also a big thank you to Lucas for providing me with a free reprint for my vehicle certification promptly when it went missing due to Canada Post, something that was completely out of Ruralworx control. Will make sure to redirect anybody I know in search of a vehicle here in the future!
